The AzDHA IMPACT Conference 2021 is an online conference which will bring you all the benefits of attending our conference in person – the networking opportunities, education from industry experts & interactions with exhibitors... with the added perk of doing it from the comfort of your office, home or on the move.
After each LIVE presentation, you will be given verification code that you will input in CE Zoom to receive your CE certificate for each course.
Different activities in the conference have points assigned to them. The more activities you participate in, the more points you will earn on the Leader Board! The attendee with the most points at the end of the conference will receive a prize!
This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate anywhere that you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet. The platform is best viewed in Google Chrome and Firefox (Apple users way want to consider downloading the Chrome app). Please also note, the LIVE webinar sessions are viewed through Zoom.

Your login details will be emailed to you ahead of the event. You can use these details to access the online event.
Sessions are available in the Auditorium tab that is in the top header. Once in the Auditorium, click on the main screen in the Auditorium; you will be able to chat and engage in a Q&A with the speaker and other attendees.
The chat link in the top header will take you to the networking lounge. There you will be able to see other active attendees that are available to connect with in both group and private one-on-one settings.
If an exhibitor has their chat feature enabled, you can access this directly from their booth. Another option is to click on the chat link in the header which will take you to the directory of all the available chat rooms.
When you are at a booth you are able to view documents and videos the company has shared. An icon will appear next to resources that are available to save or download. Clicking on this icon will add the resource to your virtual swag bag. Your virtual swag bag is accessible at all times via the link in the top header. And you can then email the virtual swag bag to yourself after the event. Speaker documents can be downloaded to the Resources folder.
While the conference will only be LIVE for one day, the content, resources, and sessions will remain open 24/7 until February 23, 2021. Therefore, you can attend whenever it’s convenient for you during this period of time.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager at info@azdha.org. For cancellations received up to, and including, January 15, 2021, you will receive a refund of monies paid minus processing fees. After this date, there will be no refunds.
Absolutely. We encourage you to invite others! Help us spread the word. You can simply share the link to this website, and they can register at their convenience.
